Noel was an absolutely amazing officiant for our wedding. He always replied in a timely manner and is easy to get into contact with. He helped to make our wedding one that we will remember forever, and we are extremely grateful for this. He was also flexible with timing and location. I would recommend Noel to anyone traveling to Costa Rica for an elopement. He helped us make our dream come true!
